My dear friend has spent the past 3 weeks travelling around Notting Hill,
Kensington, Bayswater and Holland Park, with her 6 month old boy in tow. Note to any
expectant mums: be prepared to have your child enrolled in the week following
their birth as several of the schools have told her that at 6 months, it is too
late!

I
recently visited a tranquil little piece of Chelsea, and was totally surprised
by my find. Tucked away on Sloane Avenue, in the Chelsea Cloisters Apartment
complex is Atmosphere. I popped in for a massage and a sunbed, which
left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Offering all types of head and body massage,
all waxing and beauty treatments, pedicures and manicures….the list
goes on. If my sunbed and massage were anything to go by, I would be
more than happy to recommend this hidden little treasure to anyone. Check them

For those that have seen my letterhead and business cards
will agree that the graphics and quality of the work is superb. I have been
so happy with the quick timeframe, the cost and also the customer service of
the team at Kall Kwik, at 13 Spring Street in Paddington. Kall Kwik is a chain

Physiotherapist
I had not seen a physiotherapist for quite some time, so
was in desperate need for a firm treatment for my back, to put it all back in
place. Located in the gym (LA Fitness) that I visit off Moscow Road in Bayswater,
is omphysio. Asish is absolutely wonderful, and has provided me with a relaxing
physical state that I had not felt for quite some time. He focuses on holistic
healing and full recovery rather than just symptomatic relief. Well worth a

Art Gallery
A friend of mine is amongst a very particular bunch of art collectors,
who finds most of her artwork and sculpture at a Notting Hill gallery, East
West Gallery. As a highly respected gallery on the London art scene, East West
have played host to some spectacular artists. Their exhibitions are well attended
with both the galleries and artists’ devotees. Contemporary art, Paintings
and Drawings (some Prints & Sculpture); mainly figurative with a strong
emphasis on drawing, design and colour. East West Gallery is located in West
