Simon Lukas's services cover Sales and Letting of property, Property Management, and Block Management. He can also act as your search agent, to find you a sales or lettings property that he may not have on his books. You will only be charged a fee if the seller or landlord is paying another agent a fee, and will only be charged for the property you secure. You do not have to retain Simon on a fee basis if he does not find anything for you. This service is for those that are time poor, but still require vast property searches.
